This vintage copy of 'A Time of Horses, Cattle & Sheep' is signed by the author, Don Jordan (see photo #6). He writes: 'This collection of ranch and camp recipes came from overseas or down South and reached us by wagon or horseback. Many date back to the 1840's up to the 1950's. Other recipes came North on chuck wagons and pack trains from the Southwest states, along with cowboys and sheepherders."
Spiral-bound paperback from 1991 contains 109 pages and is in very good condition (clean/tight - no writing). Cookbook measures approximately 11" H x 8.75" W (including binding) x .25" D.
