In good condition for age. There is an inscription and writing on first page (see pictures). Some light foxing first few pages up to title page (see pictures for example). The rest of the interior pages are not soiled or marked in. Light soiling side edge of pages (I also took a picture of this). Some very light edge wear to front and back covers. All this being said its in good shape for its age. Rare piece.
