1920s pewter block Zinn perpetual calendar featuring the signs of the zodiac. Very good antique condition, some darkness and discoloration on pewter that I left as it adds character to the piece. I love this for a birthday gift, astrology lover, celestial themed room, or as a desk calendar.
5 1/2 inches tall by about 4 5/8 inches wide.
Features numbers 1 through 31 to indicate the day. Roman numerals for the month are at the bottom (1 through 12). Gorgeous scrolls adorn the back, allowing the piece to be propped up. The back is stunning as well. It features visions of astrological signs on back with the maker's mark in the middle. It reads, "Block Zinn". This is a German company. It is truly a work of art.
