Vintage 1970s/80s Red Floral Sundress, Top Made Size S-M, Border Print Dress

Red floral border print sundress from the late 70s or early 80s. There is elastic in the top back of the bodice and in the waist. It pulls over your head with no openings. The straps button in the back so you could tie them and wear it as a halter. It comes with a matching tie belt.
