**Good used condition, but is MISSING the following: two Christmas trees and the kits for the Christmas stands/ buildings, Santa Claus and skating rink. Nothing is missing that is needed for the train to function. Box has some wear and tear from storage.
This set retails for about $200 when in new/mint condition
