Calico Critters Beechwood Hall dollhouse released in 2010. Has been used a handful of times, though due to age it has some minor scuffs as shown on picture 8. It has been handled as carefully as possible, but keep in mind that this has been stored in a private home.
Only purchase if this is understood and the condition is satisfactory, as this item is over 10 years old. The condition is the same as the photos. The house will come with the accessories pictured on pictures 3-7, but without batteries. The light fixtures attached to the home work fine, though the fireplace light no longer works and needs to be fixed.
