Department 56 Snow Village Birch Run Ski Chalet #54882 Lighted Retired 1999

This piece is called "Birch Run Ski Chalet" and depicts a Mountain cottage in skiing country with skis outside, a first aid station and an equipment rental area. Bringing back fond memories of holiday vacations spent enjoying the slopes, this illuminated cottage figure reminds of a simpler time when we were young.

It was released in 1996 and was retired in 1999. It includes the building and original B/W box sleeve and packaging.

Has two minor flaws that are hardly noticeable (pictured).

This house/building is in excellent condition in the original box. No chips, cracks, or indication of misuse or abuse. NO CARDBOARD SLEEVE.
