I didn't know what I found when I saw this pile of quit blocks but it brought them home and looky here! 22 13. 5" square 100% cotton piece work quilt blocks are in excellent condition. I believe they've been washed. There are two that have about a 2 in section of undone seam. Otherwise all are in excellent condition no stains or holes or weird smells. Some of the blocks are really complicated. I'm wondering if maybe these blocks were a block of the month club because must have the similar fabrics but different techniques and different designs. Most of the blocks are really impressive--only an expert seamstress could have done the piece work. Wow! I date these to about the 1980s. These colors were popular back then.
